it's too late i would say. the money has been already transferred to sphantom. And that was (most likely) the reason why they let the server run until march.

I've backed these guys all the way but I'm a bit worried now. Disappointed by the lack of info. looks like I've been ripped off.

Strange, finally i read from othe what i was saying from 40 days! Wellcome to the reality! Please, read back my posts and u will see that i was saying this while a lot of u was defending them and trying the way to fiX this scrap!😇
Running only Expert advisors with good long term backtests and nice forward tests

I think u change ur mind too fastly! After few time the server is out is a fraud, after few minute it works again it it' s a god! Take a position!

Fortunately i don't waste my time looking if their server is working or not! I am developing my on system and i am al most ready and to reach 10 pips profit i don't need to have 250 pips s/l, or to be scared by news! If a system work, work not only the night but round the clock!

This is either a case of forgetting to renew the domain, or purposefully allowing the domain to expire.
There are some users on here that I would dearly love to mute so I don't have to read their drivel ... its a shame that myfxbook does not implement this facility!

Can confirm that both site and trade copier are working. Must have just forgotten to renew their domain...

Looks like it's just an update on their server, positions are opened so things are back to normal.
It would be nice though if announcements are made in advance of these downtimes.

I bought the Sphantom and then I had to do all by myself I kept on asking for advice, but no answer. I asked for a refund and they said that they do not refund money. I finally managed, fortunately after the large drawdown, to install it on W7 but it traded in one month only twice.
I asked a refund through paypal but they did not care. Think well before you buy it. You cannot try it and neither ask for a refund.
I have finally abandoned it and started trading myself or on signals.
I hope others will not experience the same nightmare.
