This move was because of oil news... I highly recommend you to trade oil as well. It is really valotile and easy to make money with Brent...

Spack, 2 points for your consideration: #1 your 17pips SL vs 100+TP is a great Risk/Reward, by for 17pips SL you're so so easily melted by the daily fluctuation which is a major issue unless you have tested scalp EA, only very very pro trader can survive 17pips SL. #2 look at the daily chart, you're taking a long at a very high level of the structure...experienced trader only takes breakout and pull back retest failure as an entry opportunity. To summarize, don't waste your time, you need far more study or a coach. My monitoring that Crazy Trader will be a good choice as a Mentor...try check and connect w/ him; both his skills and personality is very well recommended.

USDCAD is having an upward wedge after sharp fall, and this basic pattern suggest a downward move....right now it's making a very initial attempt to breakdown, monitor price action closer to confirm it's true breakdown...but seems it's staying 130~132 long enough, and closing below 130 is a first sign.
