(NDSN) announced Monday that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Joseph Kelley has been appointed Executive Vice President and Industrial Precision Solutions segment leader, effective November 1, 2023. Kelley will succeed Jeffrey Pembroke, who will be retiring from the Company after 18 years of leadership.
