how can i minimize the DD ?

Here is the question! i was running many tests with many live accounts and then found one account with an optimization that started working so well but in past the drawdown was bad!
The account balance started at $200 ! and it reaches to 40Percentage drawdown then with new optimization the ea start working perfectly and now the total 21Percentage gain ( $242 ) ! i publish system but the problem is it shows 40Percentage drawdown in the past! i don't want to set up new account because this account has a good history since further optimization was applied! since that time the ea gained about 110Percentage ! with only 13Percentage DD !
how can I fix this ! should I deposit $1000? or but it'll also put the gain in significantly less also Percentage?
Hope anyone can help me! thx

I would say, first of all stop using this EA. Make a more deposit and calculate all risks. Calculate the maximum amount you are ready to lose on one order. Distribute money management. Correct the trading strategy as well, yours now, apparently, is not working well.
Think thrice before opening an order

I see. Then most likely you need to correct your money management and calculate risk management. After that I hope your DD will be reduced to a minimum.
