I developing an EA but I need to guess the market condition in the next 4h is trending or volatile / swing so EA can do optimize its performance.
Is there any technique that is possible to do that with the accuracy >50%?

No one know what will happen next. My suggestion is, just use any strategy that are well known. Most important part in this fx trading is manage your loss.
Best regards.

It seems to me that you would guess this, probably, there is no technology.

It seems to me that there is no guaranteed equipment.

I also doubt there's any technology or technique. But personally I think that fundamental analysis may help you a little in this case. Of course, you won't become a master in market forecasting, and you won't know exactly what's going to happen next. But it will help you at least know what to expect from the market. The advice is certainly not great. But I hope it will help you at least a little.

Certain indicators can be used to trade volatile stocks, but the trader must also monitor price action.

You can measure the number of ticks and compare it with the average number of ticks. Higher...more likely to see more volatility than usual.

The same can be done with price speed. Faster moving price....probably more volatility.

Time of day and active session can be also used. Frankfurt/London open plus one hour and NY open plus one hour....more volatility than the rest of day.

I hope this helps
