Publisher: error when building report

Hi there,
I had a live account set up and running perfectly up until today when I noticed it wasn't updating. I checked my MT4 journal and came across the following error messages: 'TemplateFile: cannont open template file' followed by Publisher: error when building report 'C:\Program Files\MetaTrader - Alpari UK\profiles\statement.htm' The two demo accounts I also have set up on my porfolio are working OK. I did try restarting my MT4 platform but to no avail. I was hoping someone could suggest a solution. Many thanks. Phil

You've probably deleted the statement.htm file so MetaTrader cannot build the report.

Please download the original one here http://www.myfxbook.com/pages/statement.zip and place it in the templates folder.

Hello, my problem is a little bit different. I have a ''Publisher error'' - 2020.04.17 17:26:24.740 Publisher: error when building the report 'C:\Users\manue\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\EEE12F4F5B303950D7AFD5955B219C2B\profiles\statement.htm'

And next to this - ''Account no valid''.
