Verifying Trading Priviledges

Hi,

on my Ki-netics chart there is a red cross and it says Trading Priviledges not Verified. What does this mean and how can I verify?
When I connected this to mt4 it worked initially for 2 or 3 days but since the 16th of Sept or so it stopped sending the trades to my myfxbook page.
Its been suggested that I should hit the 'test' button in mt4 but that hasn't helped. I don't know whether the privildeges not being verified is the problem or not.

Can someone help me sort this out?

Hello Dear Myfxbook.com

I tried so hard to solve "Trading privileges not verified" in MT5 platform.
I tried with my broker as well but failed,
The standard operating process is available for MT4 only.

I opened one pending order and in the comment section, I wrote the authorization password got from myfxbook verification section.
I don't know, if did I do the right thing, but I am not getting up-to-date data from 28 April

I need support please -

I'm getting all the stats from Forexfactory with no problem

Sometimes maybe confusing.... always ask Myfxbook support team , they are replying fast
