Yes this happyforex has usual excuses why account could not be verified.

I think if you're been here long enough you'll know.
When anything gets questioned or revealed in his systems, the thread gets deleted. He just starts a new one again and again and again and again. Feel sorry for anyone scammed by them. I'm still surprised anyone will buy an EA from an unverified account. There are so many verified systems. =\
