the system that i am working on requires me to watch the market 24 hours a day obviously there is a problem with that so i need some form of automated trading

the thing i need it to do is to automatically put in a buy order and stoploss as soon as it takes on another trade

my broker is oanda

You can accomplish this using an EA - it is fairly easy and straightforward.

Can you elaborate on exactly what you want to do ? As soon as you take a trade, what should happen ? Please elaborate.

Go to http://www.mql5.com/en/job and choose "New Job" option. There are many EA programmer available to make automated trading for you, but of course you won't get it for free. Just describe what kind of EA that you need, its behavior etc, and then EA programmer will get in touch with you to discuss about the fee and time frame of production.
