It would be nice to have a Net Asset Value Chart.

This shouldn't be to hard to do since myfxbook already tracks open positions. All you need is pricing data...

If I understand ur suggestion correctly, the equity already shows what you want.

eg : balance : 100k

floating p/l : +2.5k

equity : 102.5k

Then my Equity Line is 6 days behind.

Additionally, it would be good to have the NAV show right under the Balance.

The Balance number is really deceiving, since the account balance does not reflect the true value of the account.

According to myfxbook staff the equity line is updated at the end of each day. I am not sure whether it takes the value of the equity that prevails at the time of this end-of-day update, or whether it works out the lowest/highest equity that the account reached within that day.

Perhaps Support Staff could step in here to explain how it's done. But I am aware that they are in the process of still implementing the drawdown based on equity. So there is a possibility that whatever problem there is with the equity curve will also be taken care of when the said implementation is complete.

Sorry I am unable to shed more light on this for you. 😉

They're working on it. The equity graph should update every update at some point in the future. Like every 5 min's or something.

That'll be nice.. the equity curve getting updated @ every update. Will allow us to accurately analyze intra-day fluctuation of the curve.

Papertrader42 : I think that answers your question about the equity curve.
