Hi all,
I think this EA is great but has 2 serious flaws:
1. It lacks a good automatic newsfilter (from what I can tell)
2. It lacks good risk management on the client/slave side

San4x, Number 1 I totally agree. I think Number 2 is good, though. And you set your own risk.

yes. I am doing that. If you need many EAs on the same account, you can create 2 instances of MT for the same account.

Unless you have a scalper that deals in seconds, each MT instance should be able to handle 3-4 EAs without problem.

New update of FxPapa Expert Advisor is ready.
Please uninstall the previous version first.
Please download the new version using Member Area.
Please notice that in the new version you have 2 expert advisors.
Please attach "FxPapa Expert Advisor 4.1 EURUSD" to EURUSD H1 Chart and "FxPapa Expert Advisor 4.1 GBPUSD" to GBPUSD H1 Chart.
New Parameters
‐ Use_Fixed_Lot_Size : If you set it to "true" the EA will open the trades with a fixed lot size.
‐ Fixed_Lot_Size : Lot size to be used if you set the "Use_Fixed_Lot_Size" to "true".
‐ Max_Spread : Max acceptable spread for the pair before opening a new trade.
‐ Hide_SL_TP : Set it to "true" if you want to hide SL and TP levels.
‐ Buy_Allowed : Set it to "false" if you don't want the EA to open "Buy" trades.
‐ Sell_Allowed : Set it to "false" if you don't want the EA to open "Sell" trades.
You can set the risk for each pair separately.

i did not get the GBP/USD trade (7-11-2012) that is showing on Papas myfxbook. Did any one else get this trade?

Hi FXPapa,
Can you give us any ideas on the money management please.
Presuming we trade long and short on both pairs which risk setting should we use?
Will there still be a max of three trades on one pair?
Will there be three trades on both pairs at the same time?

Is anyone having the new version crash the Mt4 platform? I have two MT4 instances running three other EAs each, but when I add FX papa it crashes within the hour, sometimes in minutes... the old version worked fine. 😕

The last Mt4 update I have is 419... I thought Mt4 was supposed to automatically update? Anyway, is there any problem using FxPapa with build 419? Thank you.

There is no problem using MT4 build 419.

Hi
Please use default setting.
The EA trades only on 1 pair at the same time.
The money management strategy is still the same as last version.
