@MarcellusLux You mentioned time management in trading, which is a fascinating subject. I'm interested whether you like to plan your trades ahead of time, or do you tend to give in to spontaneous or gut-feeling decisions? Or other way?

Thank you for always staying in touch and answering our questions, it is important for other traders.

The EUR/USD candle crossed the 100 EMA on the 4-hour chart and I also see clear EMA lines cross on the shorter timeframes (30 minutes and 15 minutes). I have a sell trade opened at 1.10149, which is currently displayed on the myfxbook account page. Follow my page and find out if this trade will reach the take profit level or will be closed earlier due to the risks of further correction. Regardless of the trade direction, I am still trading inside the uptrend, so the support zone can be quite dangerous for both bulls and bears.

@MarcellusLux I've been impressed by your detailed analysis and trading strategy. I'm curious about how you manage risk in your trades, particularly when it comes to setting stop loss levels. Can you share your approach to determining the appropriate stop loss distance and how you adjust it during the trade, if at all? Thanks in advance!
I use stop loss and at the same time, I am a supporter of flexible risk management. The assessment of the possible risk begins with the calculation of different market scenarios probability and the volatility associated with the market activity. In this way, I can quickly assess the market state and make decisions based on the current situation. Also, the SL position depends on the current key and marker levels, which can affect the market. I have learned these lessons that a stop loss is only valuable when it actually placed accordingly to its purpose: fix losses under certain conditions and markers. If I see that the trade does not need a stop loss or can be closed by a false marker level gap, then I refuse it. Also, if I use SL, I see no reason to change its position during trading. If the trade is open, then I already know about the possible risks and I am ready to accept them.

First of all, I would clarify that I had in mind a completely different aspect when I wrote about time management.
Anyway, I wrote here https://www.myfxbook.com/community/trading-systems/lux/2720931,10#postRow574549 and here https://www.myfxbook.com/community/trading-systems/lux/2720931,9#postRow574443 about what steps I use before opening a trade and also wrote https://www.myfxbook.com/community/trading-systems/lux/2720931,10#postRow574669 about whether there can be priorities.
Thank you for your questions.

💡LUX trading results

EUR/USD trade opens trading plan this month. The trade was closed without reaching the take profit level thus, a series of 4 take profits on my account was interrupted, but I will improve the system so that such series are longer and more frequent.

However, it's a profitable trade that generated a 2.48% gain

The trade was immediately closed after there was a possibility of further growth and the beginning of a correction that could reduce profits. I have been careful 🛡, although the market finally reached the required level after a few hours. As I have mentioned, patience is the most important thing in trading and this trade is a great example of the importance.

May it happen you adjust your tp during a trade in order to have time to close it at the right level? In this case you'll loose less.

Thanks for sharing your approach. Your emphasis on assessing market scenarios and volatility is insightful. I'm curious, in your experience, how do you determine the appropriate position size for your trades? Do you consider factors like account balance, risk tolerance, or specific trade setups?

That's impressive, that your own funds make up more than 50% of the balance. I would suggest that such a significant personal investment should motivate you to trade more strategically and carefully.

An interesting statement, bold but meaningless.
50% of this account balance is the funds of investors, which indicates the opposite fact to your opinion.
