If you have a smaller account and higher risk, your version could take a loss when ours doesn't or vice versa. If you have much lower risk you could profit when we don't. If you run multiple EAs on same account you can have reduced number of trades if those trades are taking up quantity and margin as well. There's multiple factors that come into play.
I understand this to a certain extent, but I used the same setup as you (broker, etc), so I don't think what you've stated above applies.
I'm not saying its a scam or anything at this point, but you got to admit having wildly different results is very suspect

Wow. What a great result shows this EA. But I really concerned about this huge and a sharp increase in such a short period of time. I prefer a more gradual way of earning. Then I had doubts that it will burst soon. Hope I'm wrong and you'll get good profit.

Just because someone asks for a refund doesn't mean it's a bad EA :) Not every strategy is a good fit for everyone. Depends on the person :)
