I joined myfxbook a few weeks ago and decided it was time to make a thread here. This is going to be my trading journal. I try to make 2% daily, sometimes I make much more, sometimes I make less, I average around 2%.

Strategy is simple, I use Renko Charts to determine the trend and then I scalp.

Will try to update the thread with daily statistics on how my journey goes

Looks promising and similar to mine, except you're trading manual and I do it by automatically.

The week started very brightly when more than 10% was made in a day. However, I got caught up in a trade and kept it open for a couple days while constantly monitoring it. It was the first time since trading this account that something like this has happened, it was very difficult and somehow I feel I got caught here because Kuroda spoke unscheduled. Despite that the account was never close to a margin call because of the risk management on the account and in the end the trades were closed with a 70 pip profit.

So far this week:

336 pips

20.23% growth so far

Last couple of days no trading was done due to the volatility of the market, it was very risky. Also on Monday more than 10% was made on the account and therefore the weekly target was already met so there was no need to take such risks.
