I think we should write everybody to mql5.
From MQL5.
How paid subscriptions are charged? What will happen if a free subscription becomes paierybody d?
When subscribing to a paid signal, the required amount of money for the entire subscription period (week or month) freezes on Subscriber's account. But these money are not transferred immediately to Provider's account - provider receives money automatically when subscription is expired. If Provider cancels his Signal, frozen money are returned to subscribers.
If Provider decides to make a free Signal paid, then all existing subscriptions remain active and free until the end of subscription period. After subscription is expired, you will be offered to pay to renew this subscription, which you can accept or reject. Thus, converting free subscription to paid one will not charge your account if you have previously subscribed to free signal.

Mql5 should not remit the subscriptions to this guy and return the money to the subscribers instead

I've wrote to Dimitry and ask him to release the signal so we can have our frozen money back...
I think I should write even to MQL5 but I want to wait if Dimitry will answer...

Below is what i wrote to MQL5. I didn't get a margin call I closed all positions prior and suspended the service
Problem description
The Signal provider as got a margin call and not suited for trading. Fast way to million has managed to blow his account within 2 weeks. It should be in MQL5 best interest not to pay the signal provider for blowing his account and return the subscription fees to the subscriber less handling fee.
Additional details
In future MQL5 need to be clear to signal providers and tell them if the blow their account in 1 month or the 1st week. They will not get subscription fees. This will make many quality signal come over here and make them responsible. Which will also bring lots of subscriptions and good business for MQL5.
Hope you guys do the right thing by the trading community in the world and return the subscription fees or give them the option to opt in to another service provider.

Why is the money frozen? Does it work like that?

stop complaining people. if Dmitry really wanted to do that he would have done it for many more time to get a lot more money... pfff... you all known it was risky : some people invested too much money or too much risk thats all watch your MM next time.

We're not complaining about the money we've lost during trading and the operative of Dimitry in that case specifically.
We're just asking what is right, the signal should stay active till it expire, if is not we want the 30 credits back because is right.
If you don't care about it once and if you've back you can return to Dimitry as deposit.
Anyway everybody here wants the money back please write to me at " sponsor "" @ "" babaz "" ."it" I've just hided the address with "" so just remove it. Once I've collected everybody I'll do the mailing list (because if Dimitry will cancel the subscription to myfxbook we'll loose all the conversations) and I'll take care of us and make our voice stronger.

We need to write in a forum or in an independent website so it can be useful for people in the future and they will be more careful to operate with MQL5 paying for a month subscription and tell them that the "frozen" credits are not protecting the signal subscriber. If we write here or in a mql5 they will delete it and "cheat" again.

Why don't you guys shutup about it - jesus christ. You want to get extreme rapid rewards but you don't want to accept any risk or responsibility at all. All you guys that lost money need to stop blaming the signal provider and accept your own responsibility for deciding to take the trades, it was your choice and your own greed got the better of you. Accept your part in it and shut up with all the formal complaint nonsense.
This is trading FFS. You don't get extreme rewards without extreme risk.

Yeah and this is the reason why he will lose in strong trends his account again and again, bc the way he uses grid/marty kills it.
