Trading, for me, is a craft and a discipline—the market reflects energy and human behavior, not just numbers. It’s a daily practice of inner balance and a dialogue with the market: I listen to its rhythms, make clear decisions, and stay out when there is no structure. Capital preservation and discipline matter more than noise and emotion.
I treat trading as mental athletic training: regular focus drills, deliberate practice with mistakes, a daily plan, and load management. It is both my profession and my hobby—a space where I systematically build psychological resilience, discipline, and attentiveness. I enter only when structure is clear and the invalidation point is defined: levels, momentum/flow balance, time-of-day; I take trades with a clear risk-reward edge. Capital protection comes first: I cap risk per trade/day, never average into losses, and stay patient. The process is open—no hype, no “guarantees.” I value a stable process and careful capital stewardship; profit is a by-product. This is my primary profession: I trade daily and manage my own capital first, sharing the same discipline and responsibility with investors.
