Swiss Franc Rises Ahead Of SNB Rate Decision
(RTTNews) - At 3:30 am ET Thursday, the Swiss National Bank's interest rate announcement is due. The central bank is expected to lift the key rate by 25 bps to 1.75 percent.
Ahead of the announcement, the Swiss franc rose against its major rivals.
As 3:25 am ET, the Swiss franc was trading at 0.9804 against the euro, 1.1374 against the pound, 0.8921 against the U.S. dollar and 159.01 against the yen.
