EUR/USD is keeping the bullish stance today. Technical readings on the four-hour frame are showing slight corrective mode. Should the pair conquer 1.0890, the rally might be extended towards 1.0930.

The EUR/USD pair closed higher for a fourth consecutive week, slightly lower but very close to the yearly high of 1.0828 marked in February. On the daily chart RSI and stochastic are printing higher highs and lower lows and both indicators are located withing the overbought region, but keep heading north. The 20-day and 100-day SMA has crosse and currently are showing bullish slope. Strong support is seen at 1.0700 and until holding above it, the game will be played by bulls’ team.

EUR/USD retreated from the highs marked this week to currently trade at 1.0780. First support is located at 1.0768 and next at 1.0717. Resistance is seen at 1.0825 and in case if breaking it, the pair might go higher towards 1.0870.

EUR/USD bounced off the lows and now is seen hovering around 1.0600. It’s not sure whether the bulls will find enough strength to hold above this line. Since the beginning of February the pair is moving to downwards and in case of breaking below the key support at 1.0550, EUR/USD will be poised to decline further.

Yesterday the EUR/USD was trading elevated before Trump’s speech and marked high at 1.0630. But seems that Mr President surprised markets and boosted the US Dollar and stocks higher. Currently the pair is trading at 1.0530 and technical indicators confirm the bearish tone.
