You misquoted me my friend. I clearly say I have loose SL but not 50% of my account. I suggest you look closer as I risk very little in each trade with micro lot so I have a very loose stop and I use fundamentals to trade so if you use fundamentals you get spikes like that.I have a look at your profile and it makes me sick. Look at your draw down using martingale. You have multiple accounts with over 80% draw down. IS THAT GOOD? NO. Hell NO!!If we were to compare, your trade is too loose and risk almost your ENTIRE account JUST TO PROFIT.You should laugh at your self. If you talk about hedging, I believe it works better compared to martingale. From your formula, I still can't accept it cuz as a trader, you know no one is able to follow 100% all the time. We slip from time to time. We are human after all. So to put it in a nutshell, it is a highly aggressive or even dangerous method in my opinion.

Actually Martingale is a strategy. I have seen a few traders solely used it for trading.However, it is not recommended especially for retail traders with micro or mini account.

Don't martingale. It will be hard to recoup the losses when it happens.The more volatile the pair the worst for martingale strategy.

Due to USD yield falling, in an event of a hung parliment, GBP may indeed fall about 500 pips but it will rebound and retake the previous level of 1.29 and given a while will edge higher.
