Update 12/04/17: 18:45The good news is they are activley now starting the investigation. They asked for details on how to setup an account on myfxbook.com which I have geven them.Here was their request. They have the ability to trace accounts as they have 2nd tier and possibly 3rd tier visibility on ACM's accounts, transfer's in and out and activities etc. "we are in the process of taking action against ACM. To summarise my actions so far:10/04/17 I went to the police in the UK (physically into the police station) who told me to contact Action Fraud. The police would not take it any further for now until Action Fraud had gathered other data over weeks and then only if enough complaints were made or the fraud was significant they may or may not direct it back to the police to set up an investigation. 10/04/17 I made a report with Action Fraud and they generated this crime reference number: NFRC170401809395. I replied to MegaTransfer with some more details. They are in a position to freeze any ACM related accounts until this scam is resolved. (They should do this because of the NFRC crime number.) Hopefully MegaTransfer will react appropriately, quickly and If they do this then maybe some funds may be saved. They have all the account numbers and transaction references. If the funds (some/all?) have left they will also know where they have gone to from the MT accounts. Obviously ACM had other means to shift funds from their accounts not just through MegaTransfer. Folks,An updateFor UK/EU(?) based people the Action Fraud number is NFRC170401809395. They will take weeks to aggregate data and may or may not take it to the police. For an immediate action using the Action Fraud number you should approach the bank (MegaTransfer) where the funds were held and they should freeze any of your accounts associated with ACM-FX accounts and investigate. They should do this if they are FCA compliant which they say they are. I did this yesterday. MegaTransfer have replied today saying they want more detail about the case. There would appear to be 3000+ accounts. How many of these were the 1:10 service where a minimum of 10k was placed I don't know. That would mean a total of $30,000,000 if all were the 1:10. Maybe even more if these trades were real.

Do you have John's e-mail address. I'm having the same problem with logging into ACM. I lost access at 16:00hrs GMT yesterday to my account. They are also not picking up any calls or replying to any e-amils. This is not looking too good. It would be good to hear from anybody in GTP to see if they can get access to their accounts. If they are not replying and ACM are not replying then what's going on ....... Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Thanks Hamish

The track record was verified up until the 31st when the last trade was executed. There has been no trading since then. If there are no trades during the week does the track record become non-verified after for example a day of no updates - I'm not sure. On Sunday 2nd April I received an e-mail mentioning the ACM system bridge upgrade and how GTP would not be starting to trade again until this was done on the 6th April - today. It would be good to get some feedback from the GTP team and their current experience with their ACM FX accounts.. John (GTP) can you provide an update? Rgds Hamish
