There are already threads on the topic in the forum and plenty of opinions are shared there. Check them out as you may like to join the discussions. But from what I read so far it seems the topic is opened to attract traders into binaries... The jobless claims news didn't have that much of an impact on EUR/USD, although it pushed the price further down a bit.
Best pairs to start?

No reply yet from this guy, so I guess still looking for the best pair to start. I can join the people that advised for major pairs to start with. It's kind of common sense to me.

Do you mean to plan without considering the current market situation with the presumption that sooner or later the price will reach your entry level in a trend that you forecasted in your plan?
Do you prefer fixed spreads or dynamic spreads?

What I don't like in the fixed spreads is that they usually include the commission as a markup which automatically makes them much higher than the floating spreads and affects the execution.

I think this consolidation might be a sign of trend reversal. Will closely watch the news today as I have some short positions opened on the EUR/USD.

@togr Let me ask you a question - who creates these algos? Isn't it the same person who is also exposed to the sick, tired, greedy, emotional and slow aspects of trading? If as you say someone has a trading plan, it can be executed by sticking to it both manually or automatically. EAs are for convenience I believe. But I would like to see the reactions of the people who realise that their robots are not working well, maybe becase of a human mistake. Actually I think there are Universities that run different courses on finance and investment. This could help you get the good grip of the fundamentals. Check in your local area. I would also add that you can look for the global technical analysis associations and join their certificate programs. Such education is for sure unbiased 😄

I think EURUSD is about to consolidate in a new upper range between support at 1.0725 and resistance at 1.0800. I have this impressions looking at the h4 chart now. Eyes close at the US Trade balance coming shortly 😄 as this may change things!

I can recommend JFD Brokers for trading forex and metals. Their commissions are fair and low enough, no markup in the spreads. However the swap rates are high for some currencies. Execution is stable and whenever I have complaints their support sends me detailed reports about my trades. A friend of mine who is a money manager told me about JFD and so far I think I made the right choice 😄
