Not all trader start from trading on real account right away, the vast majority prefers to stay on demo for particular period of time and only then they start trading on real accounts with their own money. If you don't have knowledge in forex then you are just wasting your time. The reason why most new traders fail on forex xs because they rush things before they fully know what t do. You need to learn and the learning process takes time. Then again there is the training in the demo account which is still part of the learning. You've got to do both and at the right pace.

I have used something like Camtasia and that was my plan entirely for everything, I am still can assure you it works wonders with many cases, so I am not sure why you are still not using it. You can find cheaper options in Google anyway.

They are definetly good brokers. What you need to identify a good broker is to do a background check. Do not only rely on other peoples opinions.. It is good if you find out on your own. There are several indicators that show bad brokers. Just find them out on the web. I am telling you this because some of these commnts may not be honest.
