The USDJPY was indecisive yesterday. The bias is neutral in nearest term and we need a clear break from the range area as you can see on my H1 chart below to see clearer direction. Buy around 109.10 or sell around 110.65 with a tight stop loss seems to be the most reasonable trading plan for now. A clear break and daily/weekly close below 109.10 could trigger further bearish pressure next week testing 108.00 or lower. On the other hand, a clear break and daily/weekly close above 110.65 could trigger further bullish pressure testing 111.90 region.

The USDCHF was indecisive yesterday. The bias remains neutral in nearest term probably with a little bearish bias. Overall price is still in a bullish phase after a breakout above 0.9795 targeting 1.0000 area but the bullish run seems a little bit exhausted. Immediate support is seen around 0.9860 followed by 0.9800. Immediate resistance is seen around 0.9940 followed by 1.0000.

The GBPUSD was indecisive yesterday. Price attempted to push higher, slipped above 1.4700 and the daily EMA 200 as you can see on my daily chart below but unable to make a clear breakout so far and hit 1.4656 earlier today. The bias is neutral in nearest term probably with a little bearish bias testing 1.4600 – 1.4550 support area. On the upside, 1.4700 remains a key resistance. A clear break and daily/weekly close above that area would activate my bullish mode next week targeting 1.5000 area.

pair initially fell during the day on Thursday, breaking down below the 1.30 level given enough time. We ended up turning right back around to form a hammer during the session on Thursday and that of course is a very bullish sign. At this point in time, if we can break above the top of the hammer, it could very well be a signal to start buying. The bias remains bearish in nearest term but note that we need a clear break below the daily EMA 200 and 1.1185 to continue the bearish scenario testing the lower line of the bullish channel and 1.1100 – 1.1050 region which is a good place to buy with a tight stop loss. Looking at the daily chart, keep the 1.2831-60 level in focus. The level was a swing high in March and a swing lows in July and October. Admittedly, the pair has been trading above and below the level in trading in April and also May. Last week the price fell below the area on the break to the low for the week. The USDJPY continued its bearish momentum yesterday bottomed at 107.66 but traded higher earlier today hit 108.83. The bias remains bearish in nearest term testing 107.00 region. Immediate resistance is seen around 109.15/30. A clear break above that area could lead price to neutral zone in nearest term but as long as stays below 110.96 I still prefer a bearish scenario at this phase and any upside pullback should be seen as a good opportunity to sell.
