He didn't specify %, so 10000 pips per month could mean 10% or 1000% a month. Real pro people always say %, not pips nor dollar amount.
Totally true. It is easy to make nice % profits even with a NEGATIVE pip count. So pips don't matter much.

I am sure u know that if you feel yourself millionnaire because you have 1m$ in your account and lose 3k out of it, then you are not a millionnaire anymore. Surely u can't argue about that. Peace!
