New fundamental indicator and fundamental EA

Hello, I coded new Fundamental Indicator that works with latest MT4 build. I attach screenshots. It may help you in trading.
I coded also an EA that uses this indicator.
It has 2 modes:
1) 60sec before a news is published: EA opens "buy stop" and "sell stop" for case that price moves quickly after the launch. If price does not move at least XY pips, orders expires
or
2) EA waits 15 minutes after the launch of news. If price went up, EA buys. If price went down, EA sells
What do you think about it?
Any suggestions to make this EA perfectly profitable?
Do you think this indicator and EA should be sold? And for what price?
