Are USD and JPY being brothers again related to other currencies?

USD continue to upgrade even the US news are mixed, good and bad. This is happening due to the simple fact the Euro zone is very close to Ukraine conflict and has to deal with Russia and investors are going away from oil, Europe and Asia straight to Australia and US markets.
The JPY is neutral, but not Frankie which is related to His big Euro brother.
Gold is floating, normally would say some of you, but in some margins.

Good point of view. And it is true that the Dollar is benefiting from other's woes.
