USDCHF loss on Alpari forex (RU?)

I have an account with Alpari UK. I was't in the CHF trade. Is it possible I will get my money back.

Gary, agree with you about segregation, it's a pity that I cannot create a segregated PAMM account with my broker.

kohaku3n, I have never heard before that broker asks to send lost funds them. And what about stop-out level of your account?
