At the current moment. AlertPay is not available to withdraw or deposit your money with. What is the bigger problem is that if you depoist money via AlertPay before you have to withdraw that exact same way. So now people are stuck with no way to withdraw money via AlertPay. I did get an email from support they said that they are working on fixing the problem and if they can't they will be allowed another form of withdrawal. But we shall see.

Hello,
I had the same problem....FXOPEN is allowing all US Alertpay depositers to withdraw their funds to Moneybookers....
I have done that earlier this week and all the funds are already back in my home bank account.

Set up an account with Moneybookers, then once account is confirmed, put it for a withdrawl with FX OPEN....
It will work.

Hope this helps.

Are you going to continue to trade with them or are you going to invest with someone else? If they allow me to withdraw anytime maybe I will say with them. Don't know what to do. Wondering if my money is safe?

Hi fantasykid,

We've disabled AlertPay withdraw/deposit for now due to technical issues. You can however withdraw your funds through Moneybookers if you deposited with AlertPay or alternatively deposit with MB and withdraw with MB.
Hope this helps, if not PM me or leave a comment here.

Best of luck in your trading!
Ben

I am not sure about this payment processor! But I see, they take maximum fee on transaction! On the other hand, I am interested on only well reputed broker, yes! Regulation is very important factor to me.
