Investor Password Vs Master Password

I seem to be having an issue with my MT4 platform and my connection with myfxbook.
So I was able to connect my MT4 demo account with myfxbook and it worked for about 7 days. Then, when I tried to verify my track record and trading privileges, it stopped working.
I had to contact my Broker to change the (Read only) Investor Password to the Authorization password given by the myfxbook instructions. The instructions were guiding me through verifying my trading privileges and track record.
Once the password was changed, now I am unable to connect to the Publisher. It says that the password or login is incorrect.
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong or how to fix this.

I switched to their EA to update my account.. Never had any problems again..

Oh.. apparently that's how mine was already set up. Tried the other way and it didn't work either.
Anyways, I contacted my Broker to see if their IT department could resolve the issue. They said the issue lies with myfxbook and that I need to match the Investor Password on my MT4 trader with the portfolio here on Myfxbook... But that's how I verified it in the first place.. they both had to be the same. lol
Anyways, this is getting confusing. Am I getting the Investor Password confused for the Master Password?

In the EA you input your myfxbook username and myfxbook password.

You are trying to connect your account to mfxb, right?
If you are using myfxbook's EA instead of the publisher. The EA only has three inputs..User..PW...Frequency of publishing...
When you verify the track record, you enter the broker's investor PW in mfxb's settings and save. Once it is verified you have to change your mt4 investor PW to the one given to you by mfxb to verify the trading priviledges.
