Is spot trading still the best entry point for new crypto users?
ADA has been active again and while watching it, I experimented with BTC spot trading on BingX to refresh my skills. Instead of risking large funds, I entered a tiny limit order of 0.000003 BTC using only 0.36 USDT at price around 91500. That small trade allowed me to learn much more than reading articles.
Spot gives space to think. Price moves slow enough to understand reaction. No liquidation, no forced decisions, no panic. You get to feel how market activity breathes. You understand why candles fluctuate and why orderbooks shift. These things are hard to see when trading leveraged futures with stress.
I believe spot is still the best learning ground for new traders. It teaches patience, risk control, entry timing and discipline.
Would you recommend beginners to start with spot instead of futures?
