meta trader 4 (EA) and (update) , what a different?

These are two different ways to connect your MT4 trading account to Myfxbook.
The EA connection method involves installing our EA publisher on your trading platform and allows updates as frequent as every 5 minutes, but requires you to keep your platform with the EA running in order for updates to occur.
The Auto Update methods doesn't require you to install anything, you simply fill out the required details and the account will be added and updated on our servers (you are not required to keep your platform running). This connection method doesn't update the account as frequently as the EA publisher.
