My account doesnt update.

Hello traders!

I'd like to ask you how you update your account stats in here. Until today I have been using just the normal way - I provided the Investor password and the account would update.. but even when I set 'update every 5 minutes' it just would update every HOUR.. I actually read something similar in the forums and saw some post telling that we should use EA (although i dont know what exactly it is :D) so in settings I set 'Connect using EA' or something like that.. It said Authorization successful!.

Track record has become Unverified while the Trading Privileges are still green. The account does not update at all.

Can someone help me what to do?
I would be very grateful, thank you!!

Any suggestions? I've installed the EA several times and nothing is updating on my account. I rang the broker to ask if they knew of anything at their end that may be blocking, nothing! The EA seems to have installed correctly but my account is stuck fast at a specific date and time last week

Just checked mine 6 Accounts running fine now, but I had issues as well. Check if u Login and Password is still in the EA, they sometimes disapear.

Tim: I've found a better way to update your account - the manual one. If you have already connected your fx account to EA, delete it from your profile and add it again as MetaTrader(AutoUpdate) - as usual. Insert your Investor password as usual. From now on, if you want your account to be updated, you just have to go into settings of your fx account and click 'Connect'. It will take around 10 secs and your account will be updated... I know it may be annoying to always update it manually but at least it works! Hope it helps.

if you dont mind updating your account manually, just follow my instructions stated above and it should work!

Now that things have changed with MT4 it's obviously affected the connection with Myffbook. This is how I fixed the problem...

click on the lick/download they provide and it's straight forward from there. I had problems because I had changed my MT4 password and because of that MYfxbook could not connect, now an update is as simple as right click on my portfolio and hit reload

I'm just wondering if some brokers do block as well certain functions, I got all my accounts verified but not with AlpariUK, I did exactly the same l did with the other accounts ?? But it's updating fine...
