There is NO Pulblisher tab in my metatrader 4 options? How do I hook up demo?

Hi, when I click on the link to get my demo account connected(which says it is pending) , it takes me to the fxbook page that tells me to go to mt4 tools, options, publisher tab. but there is no publisher tab in my options on my mt4 platform.
any ideas on how to get my mt4 demo account platform hooked up to myfxbook, so that I can run my own EA?
Can't find good documentation or searchable help files on how to get this done.
