money management is really important , because without it there is no way to survive successfully. so should focus on there.

To make a plan accurately, first analyze the market yourself and then look at others’ signals to judge whether your analysis is good or not.

knowledge and experience needed i agree with you , but it can be valueless if you dont have regular practice  , so besides acquiring good knowledge its more appropriate to emphasis on practice session.

according to me psychology of school is really important for the traders who are particularly beginners.

hurts just as bad emotionally to trade micro lots, if you can't have a positive equity curve on micro lots you won't do any better on a full lot, you'll just be more broke.

Skipping the learning phase is a mistake that beginners figure out later on once they lose all their capital. Earning profit is a slow process and traders should try and focus on learning to improve their income.

Welcome to the forum. I believe most of the people here are self taught traders including myself. You can start learning from this very moment using the countless free resources available on the internet. Demo trading is the best way to learn in my opinion. Good luck!
