What leverage do you all use?

leverage is a very complicated issue in Fx trading , sometimes it bring profit very rapidly , sometimes it causes a great losses and risk in spite of having risk management , but after all its one of the major financial issue in Forex.  

Get as much leverage as you can, you don't have to use it all, the goal is not really to get to the stopout point. The leverage itself shouldn't be part of your money management strategy. I use 1:500 (australian max).

I am not sure, 1:3000 trading leverage is for trading or gambling! Yes, which brokers manipulate traders trading result, they mainly inspire traders to trade with high risk reward ratio! By the way, Forex trading is not gambling! So, pro traders are comfortable with standard trading leverage.

As low as I can. I don't think the higher number is a good idea since leverage is a double-edged sword - either you win big or you lose big.

I mostly use 1:500 leverage. I started off with 1:200 and once i got comfortable with trading, i increased it to 500X.

i go max 30. due to EU regulations, every broker i have traded with be it Fxpro, Fxview or eToro. Never felt the need to have more though

1:200 to 1:500 for me, simply the best for scalping

I am new in trading and I use 1:200 and it is nice for scalping.

I have seen according to my trading experience by and large traders in particularly the newcomers fall a great loss by taking high leverage due to non-sense planning and zero risk management policy , so it is more important to acquire risk management plan before trading with high leverage. My trading career I always use high leverage in demo account to see the performance how it works. It always helps me to avoid risk in my live account when trading practically with leverage.

I am using 1:500 leverage, High leverage increase my margin to trade. Basically margin consumed for every trade would be less If you have good leverage.

I am using 500X leverage currently. But just a suggestion to you guys, as a complete beginner use lower leverage as there is high risk involved with the higher leverage along with the advantages.

I prefer to trade with 1:100 - AVG risk and AVG profit

Account above 100k 1:200 account below that 1:200 to 1:500

In my opinion , 1:200 leverage is good for a newbie. Because at these leverage there will be a low risk and average profit that a newbie will be interested to trade in Forex market as well as invest. When a newbie invest in Forex market and have not enough knowledge about leverage , they take high risk . so that leverage is better option to me.

Isn't 500x too risky at the same time ?

Risk is not coming from leverage
It does come from your trading and money managenent.

You can wipe account even with 1:30 leverage
