It is normal. Trades can also be milliseconds but Avg. Trade Length is 24m.

Drawdown is large, you need a demo version

For max. Risk 5% (DD 30.05%) is in OK. When you want less DD, you just need to reduce your risk to 3% or 1%.

This forum looks to be very old, and the Gold EA hasn't traded since 2013. does this EA still work?

I'm using it, I do not think it's very efficient, according to my data, at about 50% of the gain and 50% loss operations, I will continue to use it all this month to see then decide whether to hold it or take it off.

This strategy was built when Gold was in full blown Bull mode times have changed I dont think it would still be working rn in this kinda bear market. 🙄
