add column public/private to the list of systems讨论

i would like to see immediately which system is public in the list of systems, it would be great to see which system has public opened trades or privat
we could also sort it in order of this column
most of systems here does not show anything but results, which is not very interesting to others, why we should not see it immediately to deside if system is interesting or not
