i think that it is much more interesting to see the systems ordered by monthly gain or weekly gain instead that by absolute gain

Do both. Have absolute and monthly options, not one or the other. Thanks. I prefer absolute if only one can be used.

Yes, please add this! Gain over time is much more useful than straight gain.

Yes - good idea! It would be best to have the option to see how many pips/month a system or strategy wins or loose!
