Hello egyptnile and Marian,

As bebasasia mentioned, please increase the maximum deviation and it should reduce the occurrence of the off-quote message. I would suggest increasing it to 10 or 20 which would indicate a maximum deviation of 1-2 pips. The off-quote message will appear if the market price has moved outside of the maximum deviation range by the time the order is received. So if your order has a max deviation of 0, the order will be rejected if the market price has moved at all. The odds of the market price moving will increase if your internet connection is slow or you're trying to place a trade during a volatile market condition while prices are moving quickly.

You can set a default maximum deviation in MT4 by navigating to Tools -> Options -> Trade [TAB]
