I've just tested it and have no issues. Please make sure you have the correct terminal installed and access the correct server

I installed the terminal sent to me on registration.

I think their server may be overloaded - hopefully it should sort itself out.

There was a mix-up which we notified by email.

Please download the above installation if you can't login.

Tested again and trades are filled instantaneously - make sure you use the correct MT4/server.

I just closed my open terminal and clicked the link you gave, run the exe file, and still got the same problem.

All chart windows say 'Waiting for update'

Connection status shows DEMO Data Server-2 but only 92/0 kbs

Obviously these crazy mob has server issues

I got the same problem, tell me I got an invalid account!

I am unable to log in....saying ..'invalid account'......so sad 😞😭😭😭😭

Yup... obviously FIBO is just another wannabe broker

So I wonder if it's a 'first come, first serve' arrangement? Might be waiting awhile...

Haha :D Was it like this with the last contest? This is my first, I haven't bothered with it before now.

Its a beginner broker obviously, I've never heard of them.

Probably based in a far off country with poor internet access... that would explain their server issues.

Nigeria, Argentina, Mongolia... who knows?

Might even be a kid in a basement in the outback of Australia.

My connection staus is now up to the amazing speed of 524/0 kb

Meanwhile my AxiTrader connection is running at 47690/22 kb

If this FIBO mob can't afford to buy bandwidth, I doubt they'll honor paying the contest winners.
