Don't buy from this guy, he will not deliver the EA to you. And you cannot get your money back.

The website is an 90% copy of another website www.mt5fxexpert.com. He not only sells illegal copy, but cannot even create his own text since he doesn't speak English well. He is scam and fake, never trust people who copy other websites and sell stolen programs.
