Need your guidance
Yesterday i purchased Gps robot, and wanted to try it on few demo accounts first, so i opened a demo a/c with icmarkets and installed the robot as per directions provided. the robot shows smiley face on the right upper side which indicates correct installation.
But it shows this message on the left side :
GPSForexRobotEURUSDv3 EURUSD,H1: Authentication Failed: [Invalid Internet Connection] [Trades are not available]
My laptop and MT4 is connected with the hotspot of my mobile internet, then why does it shows this message can you please guide
For authentication purpose i have used the CB receipt code from licences section.
And for email : i have tried with both emails such that
your email : [email protected] and also with my demo account email : [email protected]
Internet data is a very reliable and most popular one used Reliance jio -4g.
Is it necessary to put the demo (account number) in the licenses section beside the CB receipt or is it only for live money account.
Because i have not entered the demo account number in the membership area lincences section of Gps forex robot.
Iam going to opt for vps service with live real money account but i think it should work in the present scenario as well, iam not sure where its errring...

Hi Manisn,
Without seeing your terminal it is difficult to know for sure. It is my understanding that your registered email and the Clickbank receipt are all that is required on demo, there is no need for an account number to be added. Beyond that, my recommendation would be to read the user installation guide thoroughly to ensure that installation has been carried out correctly. If you continue to have issues, I would contact support as they may be able to help you further. My experience with the developers thus far has been good and you shouldn't have to wait long for a reply.

You should definitelly rent a VPS - Amazon EC2 are cheap and reliable. If that does not fix 'Internet' issue you should read and enter your credentials to the program.

Yes thats what i said to gps support that demo accounts should work with email and cb receipt, they suggested me to open a live a/c which i am going to open soon, but wanted to test on few broker demo accounts..
As per you is ECN account good or a Standard one is better profit wise and who is the most trustworthy broker..
I was thinking about XM ultralow standard a/c and ic markets std account.
But fpmarkets, IG.com, global prime also look good, i have not used any of them earlier.
