We use GPS Robot Account Type and recommend our users open this account type with FxChoice for trading with GPS Robot. In general it's classic account type and not ECN, so your commission it's spread. With ECN you will pay direct commissions.

I bought GPS Forex EA two months ago, but it hasn't did much it was making 30 to 40 cent a week, so, I asked for refund to click better but they sent my request to GPS team ( I already discussed it with GPS team and they replied me illogical answers ) GPS team again sent me question What is the problem ? I told them your EA is not working properly. I need refund, but I haven't received refund, so, be careful when you will buy anything form GPS Forex group, or from click better.

After that you asked a refund and we asked why you want to make a refund because we answered on all your questions and we not received any others. Thank you very much for your kind message, I received refund now, I am very thankful to you. I bought GPS Robot because I read your answers to other people with patience. I sent screen shot of chart in answer to your team but answer was not satisfactory, and I don't want to go in details, I just say when other robots were working continuously GPS wasn't and earning was not as you claimed on your website. So, I claimed for refund to click better and they redirected my claim to you and I don't like to repeat that thing once again. In end I got refund and I don't have any complain about GPS or click better.

Sebast, GPS Robot always uses different pairs. You not see a lot of trades on other pairs because of instability on the markets.

The purchasing web site had broken when I bought a license then the site sold me 2 licenses.
I don't need two license for this EA , so I requested to refund for a license of 2.
However they never accepted my request and always replay meaningless comments.
We were talking more than 1 month for $140 but they don't want refund.


EA itself, it has never traded after I bought. It passed more than a month.
YES, No trading EA never lost money.

STAY AWAY from the stupid support team and the no-trading EA.
I'm doubting this statement nowadays due to these problems occurred to me.

It was not a problem of website or payment system it's just you accidentally by the mistake made purchase of two copies. After that you asked us to make a refund of one license and we in the very polite and good form suggested you some bonuses because for users who have not only one license we provide additional gifts. After that you just not answered us during some time and finally we got your reply which was not completely understandable for us: 'I requested refund but it isn't coming yet.' with some symbols and mistakes in text. We thought that you even not received our message and we have sent you one more with detailed description of what you will get. After that you again replied us something strange: 'Where is my refund?' and we already don't insisted. We immediately have provided you a refund and have sent you a message:
'Hello Dear Takahiro,

We are really sorry that you decide to not stay with us.

In any case we wish you all the best!

I just can't imagine where you got what you wrote about this situation above.

If in your case your not get any trades it will be better to contact support because I can assure you that you have some mistake during installation, settings and so on. We can help you and you always will get stable and profitable results. We get almost every day a lot of messages from our other users with kind words concerning GPS Robot stable and profitable trading. Moreover please check our accounts and you will see that GPS Robot provide many trades and if you not get them so this is mean that something wrong.
