for how long are you using alpari? can you publish your account to myfxbook?

in the last 2 days I missed some trades again... one because spread was over the limit (I can see it in the log), the others trades I missed there's no trace in the log. Maybe I should change broker... please give me an advice, I want the same performance as you. How can I do?

This is a standard Micro account. I did not know they have that many different accounts; basically Micro, Classic, and Pro. However, they do have quite different spreads on their Micro (and Classic?) accounts, depending on whether or not an IB is feeding off your trading. Never use any kind of IB to sign up an account unless you have a solid payback arrangement with him.....

On a normal day, like today/now, you should see a 1.6 pip spread on EURUSD. If it is more than that (sustained over a few minutes, at least), someone is getting his share of your trading whether you know about it or not.

On another note, I guess I should change this account into a Classic, as there is a limit of 2 standard lots currently open on a Micro. That would not leave room for Kangaroo to enter into all 6 possible trades in a position with my current risk setting. I just came to think of that now, after pondering over your question - so thank you!

not yet. just installed ea on Alpari uk classic account today. in two weeks, i'll post you, if you want.

however in the manual and on the site they recommend these brokers:"We recommend using ECN type brokers (ECN, STP, No Dealing Desk). These brokers have a “raw” pricefeed; brokers with fixed spread have a ‘smooth’ price feed that might negatively impact results.
Examples of ECN type brokers: GoMarket FinFX Alpari FXOpen"

So, you have to decide to stay at aaafx or change.

The fact is that AAFX is ECN with variable spread, so before to buy the ea I suppeosed was fine.

Yes, you're right. When i tried an another ea on AAFX i got different result from Alpari. Even they're the "same".

Yes, you're right. At monday i thought i should not to trade because of so many news. After losses i recognized, i was right. So good, beginning :-)

Took a 20% hit today after several days of good results - I use TD Fx and got stopped out on all 6 AUD trades - EA went long - market did not :( Fortunately, I stopped the 2nd long EUR trades right after the 1st trade was stopped out.

Lets see if the EA will works its way back!!

Birt (EAREVIEW) has had 2 full stop losses on EU and 1 full stop loss on AU in 2 days, 40% drawdown.

Kangoroo is dangerous!

In short time your account will be empty!

The EA is build to earn money - but only for the developers.

Great marketing - great backtests - ugly results. It is a wurststall -
not a developercompany!

They have a great tuned backtest but on real trading
you cannot win money.

I had two big drawdowns within one month.

The system is to earn very often small money with an
extreme risk. Often this works well - but if it does not
you loose much much more than you have won months before.

After the first hard S/L they wrote an E-Mail "Oooops - that
is the first time this has happend." Like an surgeon coming
out of the operating room, holding a head in his hands.

In AUDUSD they buy up to six contracts if it runs into the wrong
direction. Giant risk for zero profit.

They offered a new version v6.2 - which was buggy and was not to
install.

Then came an E-Mail about that - but unreadable. The mail was
in scrambled mode! Then came the mail readable - twice.

This EA is a timebomb - guaranted to kill your account in
zerotime.

Then i wanted to use the Moneyback-Guarantee!

They gurantee: "We're so confident you'll make money using our Kangaroo EA, we will
give you a FULL REFUND (underlined!!) if Kangaroo is not profitable."

The guarantee works after 40 days without winnings but not
longer than 60 days.

That means, you are forced to pay the price of 149 Euro plus VAT.
And you are forced to pay 30,- Euro plus VAT for another month.

For the guarantee they first wanted a Statement from my broker.

After debates they gave a refund of the basicprice of 149,- plus VAT.
The 30,- Euro plus VAT I dont get back.

Why is the 30,- Euro not included in a FULL REFUND?
Full is full. I have no chance to fulfill the conditions for the guarantee
without paying that. Now i lost a lot of money with their joke EA and
additionally i dont get back the guaranted money!

How can i get back my money from the other side of the world?

In my humble opinion this team makes a great marketing - has a
not working product and deceives their clients with all tricks
about their money.

Such people belong to prison - not to Internet.
I hope all Australian customers will report them to the police!

Your're somewhere right. I still think Kangaroo is great product but with some serious restriction. At first under 5000 usd account it can be used only MICRO account. Over 10.000 to normal. I also felt that floating positions too big, sometimes it was -300 or more pips. I think could be normal, but not for me. I don't think that developers cheaters, because forex market is really dangerous, and we all accepted the terms and disclaimer. So also requested refund, still no answer.

As long as people think such a lousy performance comes from a, quote:"great product", this EA industry will further try to scam clients with bad products.
