[2011-11-10] A good night last night on the manual trade account with the EUR getting trashed with the debt crisis in favor of the USD being the short term safe haven of the two major currencies. This movement was also correlated with the AUD which also dropped, giving room for some short positions leading up to and during the GB-US trading session changeover. Due to the continuation of movement, I increased my risk up to 6~8 % on my EUR positions. With setting SL to break even as quickly as possible meant I had a lots of around 1.00~1.60 at any one stage open on an account of $2370 at the start of the evening. A nice $1700 gain over two major trades made last night very successful on the manual account. I will need to be overly cautious entering my next trades. 😁
