That recent large (29%) DD was somewhat out of picture for a professionally managed account. Would you please comment on it?

I take 3-7% risk per trade, and close the trades on loss 10-15%.
Max drawdown 25% (starting April 2014), while historical max. drawdown was 29.78% in 20 march 2014 (I used max drawdown 33% at that time).
My goal is to make 10-30% profit monthly.
Is part of the strategy
