What i really do not understand is how a lot of people here does not understand the situation: also this night u risked hundreds pips for 5 pip gain! and this time was fine since was night! but what will be next? I think everyone understand to what EA i am refering, but i can't and i don't want to propose nothing! I am not a vendor, but only a user and i am still here not because still intersted in this, but because i want to see hor other customers do! Everyone must choose by himself the way to trade his own account! Eas can be also most dangerous of manual trading!

Now Sphantome became an asian session scalper! I would buy Forex Mega..., is cheaper and is what it is designed to do!
I really hope Brenton will not get sick trying to fix this scrap!

From that Excel data, what looks to be a reasonable emergency SL that won't cull the trades too much?
Before crash sPhantom was running at around 38% per month. If one was willing to cull it via emergency SL to 25-30%, what would the emergency SL be? 150? 200? 120?

That's not so easy to do I'm afraid. Below are the dates and the respective DD of the worst times, they are in pairs because as a trade is losing it will always open a second trade. As you can see they were every month or two and all but the last recovered to leave the account about where it started. The other problem is that the stop loss is set in regards to the first trade with the second trades stop loss being placed in the same spot as the first. With the stop loss at 80 (from the first trade) the DD was generally about 40% using sPhantoms risk at 30 like they have. If they could customise it so each trade got the same stop loss distance you could probably achieve a better outcome? Studying the data shows the dilemma that you either take the risk or you limit the performance severely. Both options are not so desirable!

Sphantom claimed that they have thousand of email/replies that need to entertain.

I also bought this EA in end of December 2013, i know that one day will come to blow the account, but doesn't know it come too early. So sad. Lucky that i use my profit from other account to buy this EA, anyway i hope if sphantom could do some refund, i don't think this EA can cost so much.

Very funny, now some people are sad and angry about this EA after this huge DD, but people still buy this EA since it is not cheap and no refundable. People should know the risk and sphantom did say that in earlier post as this EA is not guarantee to make profit, but still some people not happy with this. Anywhere, i will still use this EA, and hope they do not take the money and go for vacation, or change the name of EA, and of course still require their explanation about why they shouldn't close the positions earlier because the price already break support line, should be reasonable not to hold the position further.

Looks like theyve really learned something

Time is not enough for big improvement,be careful.

it's a very known EA. i cannot name it because every EA is risky and everyone must choose by himself what to trade!

@ForeignDevise, please, explain what they have learned, because maybe i have missed something! Maybe you have received some new version with some form a money managment, because we didn't!

U feel confortable because they hade, during asian session, open 2 trades to earn 5 pips risking again hundreds? Pls, buy also my license, i will pratice u a good price, so that u will be able to blow 2 accounts!

@Jimmeh, buy mine license and also @forexpipcatcha licenses, run thr 3 licenses on 3 different accounts with different valus of s/l: the last account to be wiped will be the best setting!
