UK House Prices Rise To Record High: Halifax
UK house prices rose to a record high in October as property market activity remained strong ahead of Autumn Budget, data from the mortgage lender Halifax revealed Friday. The UK manufacturing activity shrank in October but the pace of contraction was the slowest in a year, the final purchasing managers' survey from S&P Global revealed on Monday.
