I have cancelled my subscription early in December because I realized the trading style has change dramatically. I feel sorry for member, but I believe you will not receive a refund, because when I questioned the metode of trading change I also never received any answer or any correspondance.
I signed three licenses with bingo, and last December I had losses for 5k. I wrote 4 emails to the company, without ever answering, and this is not right. I have great respect for them because so far they have given me good results, but now I have lost everything and I want to be reimbursed for the loss if they are serious.
