I am not sure why would anyone buy an EA that required these much intervention ?? You pay $697 and then you worried if it has done the trades correctly for you and therefore you manually intervene to ensure it has. Am I missing something here ?

I too, asked for a refund yesterday. I checked my account and it is already disabled. Not sure when I will get back my refund.

I don't have any trades opened since the last close on Friday. I have disabled Eurusd as per Price's email advice on potential issue caused by Greece. To ensure EA is not accidentally disabled, I have confirmed its status shown on screen remains activated. Still no trade at all.

I concur with craneliu. Don't combine the two but let those of us try VTP freely for a while until market is alright to switch back to RTP.

I concur with that suggestion. I was billed through Chinese Yuan and after 3 currency exchanges, I ended up paying $800+ USD for RTP. 60 Days will be up soon and RTP continues to show losses than wins. Not sure when or will this be fixed. If I asked for refund, it is going to go through anoth...
